Privacy Notice
Who we are
SIDE A is a venue in preparation in Bucharest, Romania ("we"). We are the controller of the personal data described here. The legal details of the operating company will be published on this page before the venue opens. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].
What we collect, and why

We do not ask for your surname, birthday, gender or address. If you leave the WhatsApp box unticked, we do not keep your phone number.
Who sees it
Only the SIDE A team, and service providers who process it on our behalf under a data processing agreement: Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), for our emails, Supabase (database, EU region – Frankfurt) and Cloudflare (website hosting and security), and Meta Platforms Ireland (WhatsApp Business) if you opt in to WhatsApp. We do not sell or rent your data. Cloudflare is a US company; any transfer of data outside the EEA is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe, or for 24 months after the last time you opened a message from us or came to an event, whichever comes first. Consent records are kept for 3 years after withdrawal so we can show how consent was given and withdrawn.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what we did before. Every email has an unsubscribe link; for WhatsApp, reply STOP or write to us. You also have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and to object. Write to [email protected] and we answer within one month.
You can complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal), dataprotection.ro.
Cookies and visitor statistics
This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. The typefaces are served from sidea.ro itself, so no font service sees your visit.
To know how many people visit and where they come from, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, part of the service that hosts this website. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device and stores no personal data: it counts visits without identifying you and cannot follow you across websites.
